Governor Murphy recently issued a new Administrative Order which allows for in-person sales and test drives to resume on May 20th. For the safety of our team and our customers, we will be offering the choice of in-store sales, curbside pickup or free home delivery. Here’s how that works. 

Find the perfect vehicle 

Use the search tools on our website to find the perfect vehicle and simply call us or use the Delivery / Pickup button to start.

Book an appointment

After that, our team will reach out to you to schedule your choice of an in-store or virtual appointment (with video) to inspect the vehicle, coordinate a test drive and answer any questions you have.

Complete your purchase

When you are ready to buy, the entire purchase can be done securely through our website, including financing and sending all documents needed to complete the transaction, or if you prefer, complete the paperwork and financing at one of our locations.

You can choose curbside pickup, free home delivery or complete the purchase in-store.

How in-store works:

• We strongly recommend booking an appointment before coming in (use any form on our site or call).
• The vehicle will be cleaned with all interior and exterior surfaces disinfected.
• The vehicle will be parked in a designated area for inspection and a test drive.
• Documents can be prepared before you arrive, or you can print and complete the paperwork at the dealership.
• Everyone at Auto Lenders will follow social distancing practices as well as wear face masks and gloves.
• For the safety of our team and in accordance with state guidelines, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask when picking up your car.

How curbside pickup works:

• All documents will be prepared before you arrive.
• The vehicle will be cleaned with all interior and exterior surfaces disinfected.
• The vehicle will be parked in a designated area for inspection and a test drive.
• If everything is to your satisfaction, all prepared documents will be signed at a pickup station which is cleaned and disinfected after each use.
• Everyone at Auto Lenders will follow social distancing practices as well as wear face masks and gloves.
• For the safety of our team and in accordance with state guidelines, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask when picking up your car.

How delivery works:

• Our team will contact you to review details about where they should park the vehicle and where to deliver the paperwork in order to maintain social distancing practices.
• The vehicle will be cleaned with all surfaces disinfected prior to delivery.
• The delivery driver will be wearing a mask and gloves to deliver the vehicle to the agreed upon location.
• Any questions during a home delivery can be answered on the phone by our team or on-site while maintaining social distancing practices at the delivery location.

All New Jersey Auto Lenders service centers are open to make sure that your vehicle is safe and reliable. We are taking the following precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. 

- Our service centers are following all CDC guidelines to ensure a safe and no-contact experience. 

- All employees wear masks and gloves. 

- We ask that all customers wear masks during their visit. 

- We have installed clear barriers at each point of sale.

- You can schedule appointments online. We have both drop-off and pick-up options available. 

- We have set up both indoor and outdoor seating in our service facilities to help aid in social distancing.
